Your outstanding medical bills are paid in full from the settlement before any attorney fees are calculated. This ensures you receive complete care and that you won't pay any attorney fee unless all your medical bills are paid. Note: We cannot guarantee there won't be uncovered medical costs.
Attorney Fees Calculated After
Our 33.33% contingency fee (or 40% if trial is required) is calculated only after medical bills have been deducted, not from the total settlement amount.

Step 3: Medical Bills Paid in Full
Before any attorney fees are calculated, we ensure all your medical expenses are paid directly from the settlement. This includes negotiating health insurance liens and ensuring provider balances are satisfied in full.
Step 4: Attorney Fees Calculated from Remaining Amount
